About R.J. Schuster

Rich Schuster has worked in the HVAC industries since 1991, in various phases from apprentice to general manager in the contractor segment, and later as a rep for a large HVAC wholesaler. He has written three HVAC books one with a focus on installation training basics, one with a focus on HVAC sales basics and one just for pure HVAC fun.
